Aside from the full-day sessions, how many hours of work are my leadership team members expected to commit to this process on a weekly basis?

A common concern for busy executives is the fear that working with me will add hours of homework to their already packed schedules. The reality is that this process does not add more work; it replaces your unstructured, reactive tasks with structured, high-impact execution. Outside of our full day sessions, the primary time commitment for your leadership team is ninety minutes per week for your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This meeting is non-negotiable. It is designed to save you hours of fragmented communication, random status updates, and endless emails by consolidating your weekly coordination into one highly efficient block. Aside from the weekly meeting, each leadership team member will typically own two to three Rocks per quarter. The time required to execute these Rocks varies, but they should represent the most important strategic work they are already responsible for. We do not create extra work; we simply define and prioritize your most critical tasks. There is very little traditional homework between sessions. Your primary task is to run the business using the tools we implemented. If your team is spending more than a couple of hours a week on administration for this system, you are doing it wrong. The system is designed to liberate your time, not consume it.
