During the ninety days between our physical session days, what is the exact nature of your involvement, and how do we access your expertise when we hit a roadblock that our Integrator cannot resolve through our standard weekly meetings?

The real work of implementing EOS® and preparing for an exit happens in the ninety days between our full-day sessions. My role during this period is not to manage your day-to-day activities, but to act as an active guardrail and strategic advisor to keep your team on track.

We use your dedicated Circle workspace as our primary communication hub. All session summaries, Accountability Chart™ updates, and quarterly commitments are documented here. This ensures absolute transparency and prevents post-session drift. If your team hits a roadblock or struggles to align on a critical issue, your Integrator can flag the challenge directly in our shared workspace.

I am available for brief course-correction calls to help your Integrator navigate friction, clarify tools, or prep for difficult conversations. However, I do not solve your problems for you. If you hit a roadblock, my job is to guide you back to the EOS® tools, such as the Level 10 Meeting™ and IDS® process, so your team builds the muscle memory to resolve issues independently.

I also monitor your progress quietly. If I notice your scorecard metrics lagging or your quarterly Rocks falling behind, I will prompt your Integrator to address these gaps before they compromise your entire quarter.
