How do we handle our quarterly sessions if our company undergoes a major leadership team restructure midway through our twenty-four-month engagement?

A leadership team restructure is a significant event, but it does not mean we pause our twenty-four-month engagement. In fact, our structured session days are the best place to navigate this transition. If a member of your leadership team exits the business or changes seats, we immediately address this on our Accountability Chart. We do not wait for the next annual planning session. During our next scheduled quarterly session, we will use the GWC™ tool to evaluate who is the right fit for the open or modified seat. We will clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the new seat to ensure there is no overlap or confusion. If a new leader is joining the team, we will use our digital workspace to get them up to speed on our V/TO®, active Rocks, and Scorecard metrics before they walk into their first session day. By using our structured quarterly rhythm to manage the restructuring, we prevent operational drag and ensure the rest of your leadership team remains focused on their execution targets.
