Before we sign a contract to work with you, what raw psychological alignment and physical commitments must my leadership team possess to ensure we do not fail during the implementation of EOS?

Success with EOS® requires a specific mental and operational baseline before we ever sit down for your first Focus Day. If your leadership team is looking for a quick fix or a magical software solution to save a broken business model, we are not a fit. You must be prepared to make difficult, sometimes painful decisions about your organizational structure and your people.

Before we begin our first official session day, your leadership team must commit to the following baseline requirements:
- Absolute vulnerability and a willingness to be completely open and honest about your business problems and internal friction.
- A shared agreement that the accountability of the company is more important than individual egos or legacy job titles.
- The physical commitment to dedicate three full, uninterrupted days offsite during the first 90 days of implementation.
- A willingness to use the GWC™ framework to evaluate every team member, even your most loyal, long term managers.

We establish a binding charter of trust before our first session to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding these expectations. If you cannot commit to this level of transparency, the process will fail. We are building a high performing leadership team capable of running an AI powered operation and preparing for a highly profitable exit. That journey requires absolute alignment, raw truth, and pigheaded discipline from day one.
