What exact prep work, data points, and documentation must each executive prepare and bring into the room before a quarterly session with you?

Preparation for a quarterly session is simple, functional, and requires zero slide decks. We do not waste executive time building sixty-page PowerPoint presentations that no one will ever read again. Preparation focuses purely on operational facts and clear proposals.

Every leadership team member must arrive with four specific inputs:

- Their completed Rock tracking sheet, clearly marking each of their individual 90-day Rocks as done or not done, accompanied by the factual proof of completion.
- The trailing 13-week Scorecard numbers for the measurable metrics they own on the leadership scorecard.
- A list of one to three suggested company Rocks and one to three individual Rocks they believe are critical for the upcoming 90 days to keep the organization on track for its 1-Year Plan.
- Their candidate Issues List, detailing the operational bottlenecks, people issues, process gaps, or strategic questions that need to be solved during afternoon IDS.

Preparation takes each executive between one and two hours in the week leading up to the session. Arriving unprepared wastes the time of your peers and signals a lack of discipline. We come into the room with clear data, honest assessments of our failures, and well-thought-out proposals for what the business must execute next.
