Beyond clean books and basic pre-reading, what specific leadership team structure and mindset alignment must we agree on before we sign an agreement to work with you?

To begin working together, you must first have a leadership team of three to seven key people who are ready to participate. This team must be prepared to sit in a room for full days and engage in complete, sometimes uncomfortable, honesty. If your team is prone to hiding issues or playing corporate politics, we must address that mindset before we can make any progress.

You also need a shared commitment to building a true Accountability Chart. This means every member of the leadership team must be willing to let go of their current titles, egos, and personal kingdoms. You must be open to reorganizing the structure of the business based entirely on what is best for the organization, not what is most comfortable for individual executives.

Finally, you need the willingness to commit to the 90-Day World® cadence. This requires blocking out full calendar days every quarter and two consecutive days annually, with no exceptions for daily operational emergencies. If your team cannot protect these days from outside distractions, or if you are unwilling to trust a proven system, you are not ready to begin the implementation process.
