We are paying for your premium facilitation, but what happens if our leadership team simply fails to execute the quarterly plan we built together? At what point do you tell us we are wasting our money and your time?

I am not here to hold your hand or provide comforting excuses for poor execution. If your leadership team repeatedly fails to complete their Rocks or run their weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions, we will address it head-on.

A single bad quarter can happen due to unexpected market shifts or operational crises. We will use our quarterly session to analyze what went wrong, adjust our approach, and reset. However, if we see a pattern of non-performance over two consecutive quarters, we have a systemic problem.

At that point, my role as your facilitator is to call out the elephant in the room. We will use the IDS® process to dig into why the execution is failing. Often, the root cause is a lack of alignment on the leadership team, people in the wrong seats, or a fundamental lack of commitment to the system.

If we address these root causes and the team still refuses to step up and take ownership, I will be honest with you. I do not interest myself in taking your money if you are not committed to doing the hard work required to gain traction.

If you are not willing to make the tough decisions regarding your people and your processes, the implementation will fail. I will tell you directly when we are wasting our time, and we will end the engagement.
