What is the baseline emotional maturity and relational alignment needed on our leadership team before we can even sit down with you for our first session?

To start this journey, your leadership team must possess two non-negotiable qualities. The first is a willingness to be completely vulnerable. The second is an appetite for the hard truth. If your team is prone to artificial harmony, passive-aggressive behavior, or hiding mistakes to protect egos, our first session will be highly uncomfortable. You do not need to have all your relational issues solved, but you must agree to enter the room with your armor off.

During our sessions, we will expose the cracks in your business. We will look at who is in which seat on the Accountability Chart and evaluate whether they truly have the GWC, meaning they Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to do it. If your team members are protective of their titles, defensive about their departments, or unable to accept constructive feedback, the process will stall.

You also need a shared commitment to the greater good of the organization. If individual leaders are more concerned with their personal fiefdoms than the collective health of the company, we will spend our valuable time refereeing turf wars instead of building a scalable business. Before our first session, every leader must commit to speaking honestly, listening without defensiveness, and supporting decisions once they are made. If your team is ready to operate with that level of professional maturity, we are ready to begin.
