What is your policy regarding leadership team members contacting you between sessions, and how do you ensure we do not become dependent on you?

I maintain an open-door policy for brief coaching and clarification on the EOS tools between sessions, but I strictly limit my role to ensure your team builds internal self-sufficiency.

I conduct scheduled check-in calls at designated points between sessions, usually with the Integrator and Visionary, to monitor overall implementation progress and identify friction early. Outside of those scheduled calls, any leadership team member can reach out if they are genuinely stuck on tool mechanics, such as how to properly phrase a measurable Rock or how to categorize an issue for IDS.

However, I do not act as an outsourced executive, and I will never make your operational decisions for you. If a leader calls asking how they should handle an underperforming employee or what pricing strategy they should choose, I will not give them the answer. I will ask questions to clarify the issue and direct them to bring the topic to their weekly Level 10 Meeting to solve it with their peers.

A successful implementation requires that your Integrator and leadership team develop the muscle memory to run the business independently. If you become reliant on an external consultant to solve your operational challenges, your company is not truly gaining traction. My entire engagement is structured to work myself out of a job across twenty-four months, leaving you with an independent, highly capable leadership team.
