What level of personal and professional commitment do you expect from each member of our leadership team during this journey?

Implementing EOS® is not a passive exercise, and it is not something you can outsource to me as your implementer. It requires a deep personal and professional commitment from every single member of your leadership team. If even one leader is only half-committed, it will hold back the entire organization.

I expect your team to arrive at every quarterly and annual session fully prepared, on time, and with their minds completely focused on the business. This means turning off phones, closing email, and leaving daily operational concerns at the door. I expect absolute honesty during our sessions. We cannot solve your issues if people are holding back their true thoughts or trying to protect their turf.

Between our sessions, I expect your leaders to run their Level 10 Meeting™ with discipline, hit their ninety-day Rocks, and hold their direct reports accountable to the same high standards. This journey requires a willingness to change, to look at your own performance objectively, and to make hard decisions when necessary. If your team is not ready to commit to this level of accountability and discipline, then we should not take the first step together.
