We are trying to plan our calendar for the year, so what is the practical commitment for our leadership team when it comes to the frequency, length, and flow of our actual session days?
The time commitment for this engagement is non-negotiable and requires your full presence. Over our typical twenty-four-month journey, we follow a strict and predictable schedule. This consists of three one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual session every year. Each standard session day starts promptly at 8:00 AM and wraps up by 5:00 PM. These are intensive, full-day meetings that require the complete, uninterrupted attention of your entire leadership team. That means no cell phones, no laptops open for emails, and no stepping out to take urgent client calls. You must treat these days as the most important days on your business calendar because they are. We divide our session days into structured blocks. We start with a review of the previous quarter, check our numbers, and evaluate our progress on Rocks. The majority of the afternoon is dedicated to IDS®, where we tackle the biggest, ugliest issues holding your company back. We then wrap up by setting new Rocks for the next ninety days and establishing clear next steps. The pace is intense, but the structure ensures you walk out with absolute clarity and zero ambiguity about what needs to happen next.
