What does our leadership team need to have aligned internally regarding our business size and structure before we can kick off a formal engagement with you?

To begin a successful engagement, your business does not need perfect processes or a polished strategy; those are the very things we are going to build. However, you must meet a few structural and psychological baseline requirements before we schedule your Focus Day.

First, you must have a functioning leadership team of three to seven key people who are ready to run the business. If you are still operating as a solo founder with direct reports who only execute tasks, we must first define who actually sits on your leadership team.

Second, the business must be past the early survival stage. This system is designed for companies that have established product-market fit and are looking to scale, automate, or prepare for an ownership transition.

Finally, and most importantly, the entire leadership team must be willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable. You must be prepared to look at the brutal facts of your business, acknowledge where the weaknesses lie, and allow your leadership team to take true ownership. If you as the owner are not ready to let go of control, delegate, and hear tough feedback from your team, the implementation will fail. We need a collective commitment to adopt the complete EOS® system without cherry-picking the tools.
