Our full-day sessions are designed to set your strategic direction and align your team, but the actual work of building the business happens in the ninety days between those meetings. During this execution phase, my role is to act as your external guide and accountability partner without stepping in to manage your daily operations.

We use our dedicated Circle workspace to keep everything organized. All of your session summaries, V/TO® updates, and organizational tools are documented in this shared space. This ensures complete transparency and gives your team a single source of truth to refer to during your weekly Level 10 Meetings™.

Between sessions, I am available to support your Integrator. The Integrator is the person responsible for driving execution, and they often face unique challenges as they keep the team accountable. I provide coaching, offer perspective on operational bottlenecks, and help troubleshoot system issues.

However, I do not attend your weekly meetings or resolve internal personnel issues for you. The goal of our twenty-four-month engagement is to build your team self-sufficiency. If we step in to solve every minor issue, we prevent your leadership team from developing the execution muscle needed to run the business without external help. We are always accessible for guidance, but you own the daily execution.
