We have one or two key leaders who are openly resistant to structured management frameworks. At what point does individual team resistance mean our entire company is simply not ready to begin working with you?

If you have leaders who refuse to be vulnerable or refuse to be held accountable, you are not ready. My role is to facilitate, not to act as a corporate therapist or force compliance on individuals who do not want to be there. Before we begin, every member of your leadership team must agree to enter the room with an open mind. If a leader actively sabotages the process, ignores their Rocks, or refuses to run a Level 10 Meeting™ with their department, it halts the entire organization. We can handle healthy debate and initial skepticism. Skepticism is normal and even useful. However, active resistance is a dealbreaker. If you as the owner are unwilling to make the hard decisions about people who do not share your core values or who do not meet GWC™ criteria, then the engagement will fail. We measure readiness by your willingness to act on the data. If you are going to tolerate people who do not fit your Accountability Chart just because they are high performers, you are not ready for this journey. We should wait until you are prepared to make those tough calls.
