What specific level of vulnerability and authority delegation must our leadership team commit to before we take the leap and schedule our first session with you?
Before you sit down for your first Focus Day, your leadership team must align on two non-negotiable principles. If these are not present, the tools will fail, and our time together will be wasted.
First, you must commit to complete, unvarnished vulnerability. This means every leader in the room must be willing to admit mistakes, point out weaknesses, and voice hard truths without fear of political retaliation. If your team is accustomed to polite nod-along meetings where real concerns are only discussed in the parking lot afterward, you must prepare to abandon that habit on day one.
Second, the Visionary must be psychologically prepared to delegate authority and let go of the vine. You cannot successfully implement the Accountability Chart if the owner or founder insists on overriding decisions or retaining tasks that belong to other seats. Every leader must be willing to evaluate themselves and their peers against the core values and the GWC™ filter. This means checking your ego at the door. If you are not ready to face the reality of who is right for their seat and who needs to be replaced, you are not ready to begin this process.
