What kind of psychological readiness or leadership mindset is absolutely mandatory for our executive team before we agree to kick off our very first session with you?
Before we schedule your first session, your leadership team must possess a collective willingness to face the brutal facts about your business and your own leadership styles. If anyone on the team is defensive, protective of their turf, or unwilling to be vulnerable, the process will fail. We need a team that is ready to stop being merely managers and start being true owners. This requires shifting your identity. Instead of focusing on individual tasks, every leader must adopt the identity of a builder of a self-sustaining organization. You must also be ready to accept that the current structure of your company may need to change. This means being open to using the Accountability Chart to redefine roles, even if it means some people are currently in the wrong seats. If you are holding onto sacred cows or protecting individuals who do not fit your core values or lack the capacity to do their jobs, you are not ready. You must also commit to carved-out time. Implementing EOS® and building AI-driven operations is not something you do in your spare time. It requires a dedicated commitment to the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and quarterly sessions. If your team views this as an administrative chore rather than the core operating system of your business, we should not start. True readiness means being hungry for order, accountability, and growth.
