Beyond operational metrics and financial tracking, what is the raw behavioral standard our leadership team must meet before we step into our first session with you?

To get results from this process, your leadership team must arrive with a specific behavioral readiness. I require absolute vulnerability, open minds, and a willingness to be completely honest.

If your team is prone to polite nod-along behavior, passive resistance, or hiding mistakes to protect their turf, this system will fail. We cannot solve issues that do not exist on paper. You must be willing to enter a room, lay your challenges bare, and participate in healthy conflict.

This means checking egos at the door. As the owner, you must be prepared to hear that you are the bottleneck. Your department heads must be ready to have their roles evaluated objectively using the Accountability Chart and the GWC™ tool. This tool filters whether someone gets it, wants it, and has the capacity to do it.

We do not start our Focus Day until the entire leadership team agrees to enter the room as equals. Every member must be prepared to speak up, challenge assumptions, and commit to the collective outcomes of the team. If you are not ready to engage in raw, uncomfortable conversations for the greater good of the company, you are not ready for this journey.
