Beyond reading the books and gathering financial metrics, what behavioral agreements must our leadership team buy into before we sign an engagement agreement with you?

Before we sign an engagement agreement, your leadership team must agree to a set of hard operational behaviors. Implementing this system requires a level of transparency and vulnerability that some leaders find uncomfortable. If your team is not willing to make these behavioral commitments, the implementation will fail. First, every leader must agree to absolute honesty. We cannot solve issues that are swept under the rug. You must be willing to put the health of the company above personal egos or departmental turf wars. This means identifying weaknesses, calling out missed commitments, and being open to constructive conflict during our session days. Second, you must commit to the discipline of the weekly meeting pulse. This is not a system you can run occasionally. You must attend your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and prioritize your quarterly Rocks over daily operational distractions. Finally, the business owner must commit to letting go of control. If the owner continues to bypass the Accountability Chart or micromanage decisions, the team will never take ownership. Every leader must agree to support the decisions made during our sessions and hold each other accountable to the high standards we set. If your team cannot make these commitments, you are not ready to begin this process.
