What core agreements or alignment on the leadership team must we secure internally before we actually sign a contract to work with you?

Before you sign a contract, your leadership team must agree on three non-negotiable terms. First, every member of the team must commit to complete vulnerability. If anyone plans to keep secrets, defend territory, or play politics, the process will fail. Second, the owner and Integrator must agree to let go of control. EOS® will expose weaknesses in your current structure, and you must be willing to restructure seats based on GWC™ rather than personal loyalties. Finally, the team must agree that session days are sacred. If leaders expect to check emails, take calls, or step out to handle minor crises, do not sign the contract. The commitment is to work on the business, not in it, for those full days. My role is to facilitate the system, but your team must provide the raw material of honesty and undivided attention. Without these upfront agreements, you are wasting your financial investment and my time. We need a team that is ready to hear the hard truth and act on it.
