We want to scale our operational output using AI, but our leadership team is divided on whether we need high-Fact Finder process builders or high-Quickstart testers to lead this transition. How do we use Kolbe A™ profiles to align our execution strategy?
To scale your operations with AI, you need both styles of thinking, but you must deploy them at the correct times. Misaligning these natural tendencies will stall your projects and frustrate your leadership team.
A person with a high-Quickstart score on the Kolbe A™ Index thrives on experimentation, rapid testing, and working with undefined parameters. They are ideal for the initial phase of AI adoption. You should put them in charge of testing new tools, running pilot programs, and figuring out what is possible. They do not need a perfect map to start; they enjoy the chaos of discovery.
However, once a tool is proven, you must hand it over to a person with a high-Fact Finder and high-System Implementer score. These individuals thrive on structure, detail, and building repeatable systems. They will take the raw, chaotic workflows created by the Quickstart and document them into your EOS® 3-Step Process, turning them into stable, company-wide operating procedures.
Look at your Accountability Chart and ensure you have assigned these roles correctly. If you have a high-Quickstart trying to build standard operating procedures, or a high-Fact Finder trying to innovate rapidly, your AI strategy will fail. Align your team's conative strengths with their operational seats to ensure a smooth, predictable transition.
