The easiest way to do this without adding time to your ninety-minute meeting is to make the V/TO® highly visible during the session. If you are meeting in person, print a copy for every leader or hang it on the wall. If you are meeting digitally, keep the V/TO® open in a browser tab alongside your meeting agenda.

During the IDS® portion of your meeting, use the V/TO® as a strategic filter. When prioritizing which issues to solve first, ask yourselves which of these issues is actively preventing us from hitting our 1-Year Plan or our 3-Year Picture. If an issue does not align with your core focus or your long-term goals, it should be pushed to the bottom of the list or archived.
