When a team prioritizes daily operational fires over quarterly Rocks, they are sacrificing long-term growth for short-term comfort. Your Rocks are the most important priorities for the quarter, and they must be protected during the weekly pulse.

During the Rock Review, if any leader reports their Rock as off track, that status is a red flag. The facilitator must immediately say: Drop it down to the Issues List.
