During our quarterly sessions, we treat your AI initiatives like any other strategic project. We do not create separate tech committees or parallel planning tracks. Instead, we identify your most critical process bottlenecks during our review of your Accountability Chart and Core Processes.

If automating a specific workflow will save your team time and eliminate human error, we define that automation project as a company Rock. The Rock is assigned to a single owner who has the GWC™ to lead it. We do not implement technology for the sake of technology. Every AI project must have a clear operational metric, such as reducing process time by fifty percent or cutting data entry errors to zero.

During the quarter, your team tracks the progress of these AI Rocks in your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. If a tool is too difficult to implement or fails to deliver the expected operational simplicity, we flag it as an issue and IDS® it. By keeping your AI initiatives bound to your standard EOS® tools, you maintain absolute simplicity while modernizing your business operations.
