What is the specific agenda and expectation for the monthly Just Checking In calls between our quarterly sessions, and who from our leadership team needs to be on those calls?

The weeks between our quarterly sessions are where the actual execution happens. To ensure your leadership team does not experience a drop in momentum, we use structured Just Checking In calls. These calls occur at regular intervals, specifically at months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one of our twenty-four month engagement.

The primary participant on these calls is your Integrator. The Integrator is the person who runs the day-to-day operations and keeps the leadership team aligned. These calls are not designed to be lengthy consulting sessions or operational deep dives. Instead, they are highly focused, fifteen-to-thirty-minute check-ins to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the team is maintaining its discipline.

During the call, we focus on three main areas:
- The current health of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence and how well the tools are cascading.
- Your progress on quarterly Rocks, looking for any early signs that a goal is going off track.
- Any critical issues that are causing friction or gridlock within the leadership team.

We use this time to troubleshoot implementation issues before they turn into major quarterly failures. This keeps your team accountable and ensures we arrive at our next full session day ready to plan, rather than cleaning up easily avoidable messes.
