What is the exact agenda and expected outcome of our scheduled Just Checking In calls, and how do we ensure these touchpoints do not turn into unstructured status updates?

The scheduled Just Checking In calls are highly structured touchpoints designed to keep your execution sharp between our quarterly sessions. I run these calls in months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. They are not casual chat sessions, nor are they designed for you to read me your weekly Scorecard. We focus entirely on execution discipline and early course corrections. The agenda is brief and direct. We begin by reviewing your current Rock progress to ensure you are on track to hit your targets. Next, we look at your Level 10 Meeting™ health, specifically checking if your team is successfully identifying, discussing, and solving their issues every week or if you are slipping back into old habits of unproductive discussion. Finally, we address any major organizational friction that has arisen since our last full-day session. The expected outcome of each call is absolute alignment on what needs to happen over the remaining weeks of the quarter. If we identify that a critical Rock is in jeopardy of failing, we do not wait for our next quarterly session to address it. We use the call to help your Integrator diagnose the bottleneck and implement an immediate correction, keeping your overall momentum high.
