How do we structure the agenda for our scheduled Just Checking In calls with you to ensure they do not devolve into generic status updates or rehashing old issues?

Our Just Checking In calls are highly tactical and structured to maximize your time. They are not friendly catch-up conversations or generic status updates. We schedule these thirty-minute touchpoints specifically to keep your leadership team focused and accountable between our full session days.

The agenda is simple and fast. We start by reviewing your weekly Scorecard to ensure your leading indicators are healthy. Next, we check the progress of your quarterly Rocks, asking for a simple on-track or off-track status for each one. Finally, we discuss any organizational friction points your Integrator is facing as they roll the tools out to the rest of the company.

If we identify an issue that is off-track, we do not spend the call trying to solve it right then. Instead, my role is to challenge your team on why the issue has not been solved in your weekly Level 10 Meetings and to help you clarify the path to resolution. These calls are designed to prevent mid-quarter drift, ensuring that when we sit down for our next one-day quarterly session, we are building on momentum rather than recovering from ninety days of lost focus.
