We never allow technology or automation discussions to hijack the core EOS® agenda. The quarterly session has a rigid structure designed to maintain alignment and traction. We introduce AI-powered operations during the IDS® portion of the day.

When an operational bottleneck or a dependency on a key employee is raised as an issue, we run it through the Step by Step Exit Tribal Knowledge framework. We quickly categorize the process: should we document it, delegate it, automate it with AI, or have the owner retain it?

If we decide to automate the workflow, we do not spend session time designing the software solution. Instead, we create a specific, ninety-day Rock to map and automate that workflow. One leadership team member is held accountable for that Rock, and they will execute it between sessions using my guidance. This keeps our session day focused on strategy while ensuring your operational efficiency improves.
