If our leadership team encounters a sudden operational crisis or strategic impasse between quarterly sessions, what is your role and how do we engage you?

Between our scheduled quarterly sessions, my role is to support your mastery of EOS, not to serve as an outsourced chief executive officer or interim crisis manager.

You have direct phone and email access to me between sessions for quick guidance, tool clarification, and alignment checks. If your Integrator is struggling to structure an issue for your weekly Level 10 Meeting, or if your Visionary and Integrator hit friction during their monthly Same Page Meeting, we schedule a twenty to thirty minute coaching call to diagnose the breakdown and point you back to the right tool.

However, if an operational fire erupts, such as losing a major client, experiencing executive turnover, or missing a critical revenue forecast, I will not swoop in and make operational decisions for you. Doing so would violate the core objective of our engagement, which is building a self-sufficient leadership team that can navigate chaos independently.

Instead, I will challenge your team to utilize your tools immediately. You bring the emergency into your weekly Level 10 Meeting, drop it into IDS, identify the root cause, determine corrective action, and assign Rocks or to-dos. If a dispute is so severe that it threatens company stability, we can convene an emergency off-cycle session to work through the issue as a team. But in day-to-day operations, you own the wheel.
