What interaction happens between our leadership team and you between full-day sessions when an unexpected operational crisis or partner conflict flares up?
Between our full-day quarterly sessions, my role is not to micromanage your business or serve as an on-demand operational consultant. You run the company. However, I remain fully accessible as an accountability sounding board when critical issues emerge.
If your Integrator or Visionary encounters a sudden impasse, such as a major partnership disagreement, a sudden departure from the leadership team, or confusion about how to apply a tool like GWC™ during an urgent personnel decision, you pick up the phone. We hop on a brief, focused call to re-anchor the situation in your core EOS® tools and V/TO® agreements.
My objective during these interactions is never to tell you which operational decision to make. Instead, I hold up the mirror, challenge your assumptions, and remind you of the rules and vision your team established in the session room.
Outside of emergency escalations, we maintain structured mid-quarter touchpoints. I conduct brief check-in calls with your Integrator and Visionary at regular intervals between sessions to gauge the health of your Level 10 Meetings, track Rock execution, and ensure prep work for the upcoming quarterly session stays on schedule.
If an issue cannot wait for the next quarterly session, we determine whether your team can solve it in your weekly Level 10 Meeting or if a specialized, focused working session is warranted.
