If a critical strategic disagreement or operational crisis arises between our quarterly sessions, can we contact you for coaching, or are you strictly hands-off until our next scheduled session?

The short answer is yes, you can reach out, but my role between sessions is tightly guarded. I do not act as an outsourced executive, and I do not mediate day-to-day operational arguments for your team. The entire objective of an EOS® engagement is to make your leadership team self-sufficient, not dependent on an outside facilitator.

Between sessions, your primary forum for solving issues is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. If a crisis hits, your first move is to identify, discuss, and solve it on your own using IDS®. Running to your Implementer every time an issue gets uncomfortable robs your team of the discipline required to lead the company independently.

With that said, I am available for targeted guidance if you hit a structural roadblock. If your Visionary and Integrator find themselves completely deadlocked on a seat assignment, or if your Integrator needs quick clarity on how to run an L10 Issue, a brief phone call or workspace check-in is expected. If a major strategic shift or crisis requires realigning your V/TO®, we will evaluate whether an emergency half-day session is necessary. Otherwise, my guidance will consistently redirect you back to your tools, your Accountability Chart, and your weekly meeting pulse.
