How do you handle communication between sessions, and what role do your periodic Just Checking In calls play?

The purpose of an external Implementer is to guide your team toward self-sufficiency, not to become a permanent executive crutch or an outsourced Chief Operating Officer. Our primary work happens during your five full-day sessions in year one and four quarterly sessions in year two. That clear boundary keeps your Integrator accountable for running the business day to day.

To ensure your momentum stays intact between sessions, we schedule structured Just Checking In calls at predictable intervals throughout the year. Typically landing at Months 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 21, these thirty to forty-five minute touchpoints give your Visionary and Integrator dedicated space to review meeting health, audit their Same Page rhythm, and flag early drift on Rock completion.

Outside of scheduled touchpoints, your leadership team has open access to ask clarifying questions about tool mechanics, Scorecard architecture, or Level 10 Meeting troubleshooting via email or brief phone calls. If a genuine structural crisis occurs, we address it directly. However, we do not use between-session time to debate strategic issues that properly belong on your team's internal weekly Level 10 Meeting Issues List or our upcoming quarterly IDS agenda.
