What is the expected time commitment for our Integrator between our full day quarterly sessions to keep our EOS implementation moving forward without neglecting their day job?
The Integrator plays a critical role in ensuring that the decisions made during our session days are actually executed in the business. Between our quarterly sessions, your Integrator will need to dedicate roughly four to six hours per week specifically to managing the EOS implementation and keeping the team aligned.
This time is spent preparing the weekly Level 10 Meeting agenda, tracking the company scorecard metrics, and ensuring that all leadership team members are making progress on their quarterly Rocks. The Integrator also acts as the primary champion of organizational health, coaching team members who may be struggling with accountability or tool adoption.
This commitment should not be viewed as extra administrative work on top of an already overloaded schedule. Instead, the Integrator must use the tools to delegate lesser tasks and free up their own capacity. If your Integrator is too buried in daily tactical tasks to dedicate this time, we need to adjust your Accountability Chart to ensure they have the space to lead, manage, and hold people accountable.
