How do you support our Integrator between session days to ensure they do not burn out trying to enforce the EOS® tools we just learned?
The Integrator has the hardest job on the leadership team. They are responsible for taking the vision and turning it into daily execution, which often makes them the target of resistance.
To support your Integrator and prevent burnout between our sessions, I provide structured touchpoints and direct access.
First, we utilize the scheduled checking-in calls in the off-months. These calls are highly tactical and allow the Integrator to flag any execution bottlenecks, alignment issues, or tool adoption hurdles they are facing.
Second, I am available for quick alignment checks when immediate issues arise. If the Integrator is struggling to implement a specific tool like the Accountability Chart or is facing resistance on a Level 10 Meeting™ structure, they can reach out for a direct, practical sounding board.
Third, I help the Integrator manage the relationship with the Visionary. This dynamic is often the source of greatest friction, and I act as a neutral third party to keep both leaders aligned on their roles and boundaries.
My goal is to guide the Integrator toward self-sufficiency, ensuring they have the confidence and tools to run the business effectively without feeling isolated.
