What exact role does our Integrator play in partnering with you to prepare session agendas and drive execution between sessions?
The Integrator is the operational engine of EOS inside your company. While I guide the quarterly sessions, the Integrator is responsible for driving the system day-to-day. My partnership with your Integrator between sessions is essential to keeping the business running smoothly.
Between sessions, your Integrator leads the weekly Level 10 Meeting. They ensure that your Scorecard numbers are reviewed rigorously, that Rocks are reported on track or off track without editorializing, and that the team spends a full sixty minutes executing IDS on pressing operational issues. If the Integrator allows meetings to turn into casual status updates, the momentum built in our quarterly session evaporates.
Approximately two weeks before each quarterly session, I connect with your Integrator for a prep check-in. We review the state of your company, assess whether your team is tracking toward completing at least eighty percent of its Rocks, review your weekly scorecard health, and identify emerging operational flashpoints. This ensures that our upcoming session day targets the highest-leverage issues facing your business rather than superficial topics.
After each session, the Integrator ensures that the Cascading Messages are distributed promptly and that Rock action plans are entered into your tracking system. If your company is also implementing AI operational workflows or working on Step by Step Exit readiness disciplines, the Integrator ensures that process documentation and automation projects maintain their weekly pulse.
In short, the Integrator is my primary operational counterpart. I supply the framework and facilitation; the Integrator supplies the relentless internal execution required to turn session decisions into measurable business results.
