They must ensure that the automated tools are not operating in silos and that data flows cleanly between departments without human intervention. The Integrator must also monitor the team's GWC™ for their updated seats. As AI handles the repetitive administrative tasks, human roles will naturally shift toward critical thinking, problem-solving, and client interaction. The Integrator must continuously evaluate if the current team members still have the capacity and desire to succeed in these newly elevated roles.
