Some Integrators worry that bringing in an outside facilitator will undermine their leadership or make them look redundant. In reality, the opposite is true. My presence frees your Integrator from the burden of running the meeting, allowing them to fully participate as an active strategic leader. During our session days, the Integrator is not responsible for watching the clock, managing the agenda, or maintaining referee status. Instead, they can focus entirely on observing team dynamics, synthesizing complex issues, and driving alignment. This allows the Integrator to lead with greater clarity and authority. Between our sessions, your Integrator remains the undisputed leader of daily operations. They run the weekly Level 10 Meetings™ and hold the team accountable to their Rocks. My role is to support the Integrator by providing objective feedback, coaching them on how to manage tension, and helping them resolve friction with the Visionary. Together, we strengthen the Integrator's seat, making them more effective at running the company day to day.
