The primary internal champion for our engagement is always your Integrator. While the Visionary must be fully committed, the Integrator is the person who runs the day to day operations and ensures the EOS tools are actually utilized between our quarterly sessions. Without a strong Integrator championing this process, the tools will fail to take root in your organization.

Outside of our session days, the Integrator has several critical responsibilities:
- They must run the weekly Level 10 Meetings to ensure they start on time, end on time, and follow the agenda.
- They are responsible for maintaining the Scorecard and ensuring numbers are updated weekly.
- They coordinate with me regarding session logistics, homework completion, and updates to our Circle workspace.
- They act as the operational glue that keeps the leadership team aligned between quarters.

When alignment drifts or execution falters, the Integrator steps in to address the issue immediately rather than waiting for our next quarterly session. By taking ownership of these responsibilities, the Integrator ensures that the work we do in the session room translates into real operational progress every single day.
