Our Integrator struggles with their weekly duty of keeping the Scorecard updated and accurate, often spending hours chasing down team members for their data right before our Level 10 Meeting. What process should our Integrator follow to ensure the Scorecard is pristine and ready?

An Integrator chasing down data right before the Level 10 Meeting™ is a sign of a broken accountability process. The Integrator is responsible for the overall health of the operational system, but they do not own the individual metrics. Each seat owner on the Accountability Chart owns their specific data.

To fix this, establish a strict data deadline. All weekly Scorecard numbers must be updated by the individual seat owners by a specific time, such as five o'clock on the day before the weekly meeting. This deadline must be non-negotiable.

The Integrator's role is to audit, not to compile. On the morning of the meeting, the Integrator spends fifteen minutes reviewing the Scorecard to spot trends, look for recurring red metrics, and ensure that any missed targets have been correctly flagged for the IDS® section. If a number is missing, the Integrator does not chase the leader; they simply mark the space red.

During the meeting, the missing number is treated as a performance failure. The leader must explain why they failed to update their data on time. By shifting the burden of data entry back to the seat owners and establishing clear deadlines, you free your Integrator from administrative chasing and allow them to focus on running the business.
