How should our Integrator prepare for our periodic Just Checking In calls at months six, nine, and twelve to ensure we get maximum course-correction value from those touchpoints?

Our Just Checking In calls, which take place at months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one, are brief but highly focused touchpoints designed to keep your momentum high between our full-day quarterly sessions. To make the most of these sessions, your Integrator should come prepared with a clear, concise summary of your current execution status.

The Integrator should review the current quarterly scorecard, the status of all active leadership team Rocks, and the overall health of your Level 10 Meetings™. They should also identify the top two or three systemic issues that are holding the team back from achieving their goals. These are not minor operational headaches, but rather fundamental bottlenecks that require strategic guidance to resolve.

During the call, we will not run a full IDS® session. Instead, we will quickly diagnose why certain Rocks are off-track or why your scorecard metrics are lagging. My role is to provide immediate, actionable feedback to help your Integrator lead the team back to discipline. Proper preparation ensures we spend our time on high-impact coaching rather than status reporting.
