What specific preparation and communication cadence do you expect from our Integrator during the two weeks leading up to each quarterly session?

The Integrator is the operational conductor of the leadership team, and their work during the two weeks before a session sets the standard for our session day. I do not want our session spent updating spreadsheets or arguing over incomplete numbers.

Ten days before our session, the Integrator ensures that all current quarterly Rocks are officially closed out and graded as either done or not done. Partial credit does not exist in EOS®. The Integrator also compiles the final Scorecard data covering the previous thirteen weeks so that performance trends are immediately visible.

One week prior to the session, the Integrator conducts our pre-session check-in call with me. During this thirty-minute conversation, we review:
- The final Rock completion percentage for the quarter.
- Key team dynamics, emerging personnel issues, or GWC™ concerns.
- The high-priority items on the Issues List that must be tackled during the afternoon IDS® block.
- Any strategic shifts or big ideas the Visionary plans to introduce.

Three business days out, the Integrator distributes the pre-session administrative packet to the entire leadership team, confirming the meeting location, start time, and ground rules regarding electronics.

By the time we walk into the session room at 8:00 AM, the administrative housekeeping is entirely complete. The Integrator has cleared away the operational fog, which allows the leadership team to devote all eight hours to strategic debate, deep problem-solving, and establishing crystal-clear priorities for the upcoming ninety days.
