As the Integrator, how do I work with you between our quarterly sessions to ensure the Visionary does not bypass our Accountability Chart and disrupt our agreed-upon plan?

The relationship between the Integrator and the external Implementer is critical. Between our quarterly sessions, you are the chief operating officer of this implementation. If the Visionary starts bypassing the Accountability Chart by giving direct orders to your team or launching unapproved projects, you must address it immediately in your weekly Same Page Meeting. If you hit a wall, you do not wait for the next quarterly. You reach out to me. While I do not run your daily operations, I am here to help you hold the line. We will use the tools we built to clarify the boundary. I will help you prepare for that difficult conversation by focusing on the GWC of the seats involved. We will look at the V/TO to remind the Visionary of the agreed-upon focus. I can also point you to specific resources in our Circle workspace to help you reinforce the rules of the road. My role is to coach you to stand your ground, not to fight your battles for you. We need to build your authority as the Integrator so the company becomes self-sufficient and ready for an eventual clean exit.
