As the business owner, I notice that our Integrator is the one whose weekly To-Do completion rate is consistently below ninety percent because they are overwhelmed. How do I address this failure of execution without undermining their authority to lead the meeting?

As the business owner, seeing your Integrator consistently fail to hit their ninety percent weekly To-Do completion rate is a major red flag. The Integrator is responsible for driving execution and holding the rest of the leadership team accountable. When they become the bottleneck, the entire organization's momentum stalls, and your meeting discipline collapses.

You must address this issue privately, outside of the Level 10 Meeting™. Do not call them out or undermine their authority in front of the team. Schedule a dedicated Same Page meeting to diagnose the root cause of the breakdown. In most cases, an Integrator falls behind because their seat on the Accountability Chart has become overloaded with tactical tasks, or they are still holding onto operational roles that should be delegated.

Review their current responsibilities and use the GWC™ framework to ensure they still have the capacity to manage their seat effectively. If they are overwhelmed, you must help them delegate lower-priority tasks so they can focus on their core role of integration. Once you clear the bottleneck, they must recommit to the ninety percent standard. Leading by example is non-negotiable for the Integrator, and returning to a high rate of To-Do execution is the only way they can maintain the respect and authority needed to lead the team.
