The Visionary on our team constantly overrules the Integrator during Level 10 Meeting facilitation, jumping in to reorder the Issues List or cut off debate prematurely. How do we re-establish the Integrator as the sole master of the meeting room?

The Level 10 Meeting™ belongs to the Integrator. The Integrator is the conductor of the orchestra, responsible for running the operational pulse, driving accountability, and enforcing meeting rules. When a Visionary overrides the Integrator in the room, they destroy the Integrator's authority and revert the company back to owner-dependent chaos.

Fixing this requires a clear pre-meeting alignment and strict boundaries during the ninety minutes:

- Hold a weekly Same Page meeting between the Visionary and Integrator prior to the Level 10 Meeting. Disagreements about organizational direction or strategic priorities must be resolved privately, not hashed out live in front of the department heads.
- Define the meeting roles explicitly. The Visionary's role during a Level 10 Meeting is to contribute as a strategic thinker, surface systemic issues, and push the team toward big solutions. The Integrator's role is to control the clock, prioritize the agenda, and manage the room.
- Give the Integrator the explicit right to call out the Visionary in real time. If the Visionary tries to hijack the order of IDS® or shut down a peer's input, the Integrator must calmly say: "I am facilitating this meeting. We will stick to our top three prioritized issues in order."

If an owner wants to build a business that can run without them or command a premium multiple upon exit, they must demonstrate that the leadership team operates under the Integrator's cadence. When buyers see a Visionary constantly meddling in weekly operations, they price substantial key-person risk into the deal.
