What are the specific operational expectations for our Integrator and leadership team in the weeks between our quarterly sessions to ensure our Circle workspace does not become a graveyard of dead ideas?

The real magic of EOS® does not happen on our session days; it happens in the eighty days between them. During this window, your Integrator is fully responsible for driving accountability and maintaining the operational pulse of the business. I do not run your company between sessions. Your team must execute.

Every single week, your leadership team must run a ninety minute Level 10 Meeting™ with absolute discipline. In this meeting, you will review your Scorecard, track progress on your quarterly Rocks, and use the IDS® method to identify, discuss, and solve issues. The Integrator is responsible for ensuring these meetings happen on time and that the team does not drift back into old, unproductive habits.

Furthermore, your Circle workspace must be updated weekly. This is not optional administrative work. Your session summaries, action items, and exit readiness priorities are housed here. When a team member falls behind on a Rock or a metric drops below target, it must be logged in Circle and brought to the weekly meeting as an issue. The expectation is simple: do the work, update the portal, and use the tools to run your business every day.
