How do you collaborate with our Integrator between quarterly sessions to ensure the team is addressing its Issues List rather than waiting for you to resolve things during our next full-day meeting?
Between our quarterly sessions, my role is to act as your external teacher, facilitator, and coach, but I do not run your business. The Integrator is entirely responsible for the daily execution of the system and maintaining organizational discipline. To support this, I work closely with your Integrator through our shared workspace on Circle.so, where we document all session summaries, goals, and outstanding issues. I do not step in to solve your internal conflicts or manage your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions. Doing so would undermine the Integrator's authority and create an unhealthy dependence on me. Instead, I expect the Integrator to keep the leadership team focused on their Rocks and to use the IDS® process to resolve issues as they arise. If the Integrator encounters a structural roadblock or a complex leadership challenge, they can leverage our online workspace to seek guidance on how to apply the EOS® tools. We focus on teaching the Integrator how to handle these situations independently. Our communication between sessions is designed to reinforce the Integrator's leadership, keeping the team accountable without creating a bottleneck. By the time we gather for our next quarterly session, your team should have a clean track record of solving their own weekly issues, leaving us free to focus on high-level strategic planning.
