I am the Visionary, and my Integrator is relatively new to the role. What is your expectation of the Integrator during our sessions, and how do you coach them to lead the system between our quarters?

The Integrator is the heartbeat of your operational execution. While the Visionary brings the ideas and the strategic energy, the Integrator is responsible for running the business day-to-day and holding the leadership team accountable. During our session days, I expect the Integrator to be fully engaged in managing the flow of the room. While I facilitate the day, the Integrator must own the outcomes. They are responsible for ensuring that the V/TO® reflects our true decisions, that the Accountability Chart is accurate, and that every Rock has a clear, capable owner who GWC™ (Gets it, Wants it, and has the Capacity to do it). Between our quarterly sessions, my role is to coach your Integrator to become the primary leader of the system. I help them master the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and guide them in holding the other leaders accountable to their Rocks. We focus on helping your Integrator use objective data from your Scorecard to manage performance, rather than relying on personal relationships or emotional pressure. By strengthening this Visionary and Integrator dynamic, we build a highly predictable, repeatable execution cycle that allows you to step back from the daily operations and focus on the big picture.
