Between our quarterly sessions, the momentum of the operating system relies entirely on your leadership team, led by your Integrator. I do not micromanage your daily operations or police your tasks. Instead, we use our dedicated Circle workspace as the single source of truth. Immediately following a session, all of your V/TO updates, Rocks, and session summaries are documented there. Your team must use this workspace to maintain visibility and track progress over the eighty nine days between our face to face meetings.

Your Integrator is responsible for driving the weekly meeting pulse and ensuring that the team remains accountable to their commitments. The leadership team must show up to their weekly Level 10 Meeting with updated scorecards and clear progress on their Rocks. If your team hits a wall or faces a complex issue that they cannot resolve using the IDS process, they can leverage the Circle workspace to access resources or request guidance. My expectation is that you treat the eighty nine days between sessions as the real playing field where your operational habits are built.
