What is the relationship between you as the implementer and our company Integrator during and between our scheduled sessions?

The Integrator is the most critical role on your leadership team when it comes to the success of our engagement. While the Visionary provides the big ideas and the passion, the Integrator is the person who runs the day-to-day operations and holds the team accountable to our agreed-upon processes. During our session days, my relationship with your Integrator is collaborative but distinct. I facilitate the sessions and manage the process, allowing your Integrator to participate fully as a member of the leadership team. They do not have to worry about managing the clock or handling partner conflicts, because that is my job. This allows them to focus entirely on the strategic decisions at hand. Between our quarterly sessions, the Integrator is the owner of the operating system. They run the weekly Level 10 Meetings, monitor the scorecard, and ensure that the team is executing their Rocks. I do not manage your team's daily tasks, your Integrator does. We will connect briefly during our scheduled check-in calls to discuss any execution bottlenecks or process issues. But my role is to support your Integrator, not to replace them. By keeping these boundaries clear, we ensure that your Integrator builds the internal leadership authority needed to run the company long after our twenty-four-month engagement is complete.
