We want to use the Step by Step Exit framework alongside EOS. How do you physically integrate the six exit disciplines into our standard Focus Day, Quarterly, and Annual session agendas without diluting the core EOS tools?

We do not dilute the core system. Instead, we use the Step by Step Exit framework to supercharge how we apply the tools. The six exit disciplines (Legacy, Value Gaps, Tribal Knowledge, Advisor Meeting Pulse, Due Diligence, and Deal Execution) fit naturally within the existing framework of your session days.

For example, when we work on your V/TO® during a quarterly or annual session, your long-term target is informed by your Legacy and Value Gap calculations. When we build and refine your Accountability Chart, we identify which seats hold key Tribal Knowledge that must be documented, automated, or transferred to make the business run without you. Your quarterly Rocks are the vehicle we use to execute these exit readiness priorities.

During the IDS® portion of our session days, issues related to advisor alignment or due diligence preparation are prioritized and solved using the standard team discipline. We do not run two separate, competing operating systems. We run one cohesive operating system where exit readiness is simply the lens through which we define your priorities, assign accountability, and measure results. This ensures your leadership team remains focused on day-to-day execution while building immense enterprise value.
