When we incorporate the Step by Step Exit framework, how does our quarterly agenda physically change to accommodate exit-readiness work alongside our standard EOS® tools?

We do not compromise the purity of the EOS® framework or alter the core quarterly session agenda. Instead, we seamlessly integrate the Step by Step Exit disciplines into the existing session structure by treating exit readiness as a strategic filter.

During the review portion of our quarterly session, we assess your progress on existing exit-readiness Rocks alongside your standard operational Rocks. When we review your V/TO®, we evaluate your long-term goals through the lens of your Legacy objectives, ensuring your growth path matches your desired exit timeline.

The biggest integration occurs during the IDS® portion of the day. Exit-readiness issues, such as identified Value Gaps, uncodified Tribal Knowledge, or preparation for Due Diligence, are simply added to your master Issues List. We prioritize these issues based on what will drive the greatest increase in enterprise value.

Additionally, we use your Circle.so workspace to track specialized exit metrics on your scorecard, such as your valuation multiples and transition readiness scores. By embedding these exit disciplines directly into your standard quarterly rhythm, we ensure that preparing your company for a clean exit becomes a natural byproduct of running a healthy, highly efficient business.
